MDE completed an electrical upgrade for a multi‑floor building, installing new tenant distribution boards on each floor and powder‑coated cable trays with a floating effect. MDE upgraded lighting in lift lobbies and amenities, controlled by CBUS systems, and installed KNX cabling for motorised blinds, integrating them into the base building network. Additionally, batten lighting with emergency provisions was installed for future fit‑outs.
